Getting in touch with the
Danfoss Customer Service team has never been easier! There’s now just one phone number for commercial queries and one for
technical queries. There are also just two email addresses, one for customers
in the UK, the other for those located in the Republic of Ireland.
From 29 August 2018, if you have a commercial question, call 0330
808 6888 from the UK or 1800 816 868 from the Republic of Ireland.
For technical queries and
service support, the number is 0330 808 6660 from the UK or 1800 816 969 from
the Republic of Ireland.
Customers in the UK should
send all email queries – commercial and technical – to
email@example.com, while those in the Republic of Ireland should send
their emails to firstname.lastname@example.org.
It’s not just new telephone
numbers and email addresses that Danfoss has put in place. Behind the scenes
the company has made a big investment in the latest customer support
technology. This will ensure that its already outstanding customer service will,
in the future, be even more responsive and efficient.
