From phones to tablets and TVs, smart technology is everywhere so it’s not surprising that heating controls are following the trend. Bjorn Sejr Nielsen, Marketing Director at Danfoss, looks at the latest developments available to installers and their customers and what’s driving the next generation of controls.
Danfoss is once again offering domestic heating installers the opportunity to improve their skills and profitability with professional training in Danfoss heating controls. Held at venues across the UK, the one-day seminars cover all aspects of domestic central heating techniques, both theory and practice.
The just launched Danfoss TPOne room thermostat is now available in the newly upgraded Danfoss Heating Efficiency Packs (HEP) – the handy way for installers to buy high efficiency domestic heating controls. In the new range of HEPs the existing TP5000 programmable room thermostat has been replaced by the user-friendly TPOne, which offers all the functionality and more of current TP models, including ultra-easy installation, in one all-new range. As part of the HEP upgrade Danfoss has also swapped the RAS-C2 thermostatic radiator valve (TRV) for the stylish RTW bi-directional TRV featuring an accurate liquid-filled sensor.
